Client Responsibility Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

This Client Responsibility Policy outlines the obligations of clients working with Forged EGO (“we,” “our,” or “us”) during the course of a website project or any related service.

Communication & Collaboration

Clients are expected to respond to emails, messages, and requests for feedback in a timely manner to keep the project moving forward. Delays in communication may result in a shift in timelines or delivery dates. We are committed to being responsive on our end and appreciate the same from our clients.

Content & Materials

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content for the website, including text, images, logos, and brand guidelines, unless otherwise agreed. All content must be owned by the client or properly licensed. Forged EGO is not liable for any copyright issues arising from client-supplied materials.

Approvals & Revisions

Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing clear, consolidated feedback. Final approval of designs, copy, or functionality confirms the client’s satisfaction and serves as the green light to move forward. Any major changes after approval may incur additional fees.

Access & Credentials

Clients must provide access to any third-party platforms necessary to complete the project (e.g., hosting, domain registrars, email providers). If access is restricted or delayed, the project timeline may be impacted.

Payments

Clients agree to honor all payment terms outlined in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, or additional fees. Ownership of the final product is transferred only after full payment is received.

Ongoing Responsibility

Once the project is complete and delivered, the client is responsible for managing their website unless a maintenance or hosting agreement is in place. We are happy to assist with post-launch services as needed, but they may be billed separately.
