How long does a typical website project take?

From first contact, most clients launch within a week or less. Timelines depend on the scope of the project and your schedule, but we move fast and keep you informed, sending you frequent updates.

Do you use templates or pre-made designs?

Nope. We never use a mold to cast similar websites. Each project is imagined, designed, and built from the ground up. Always completely unique to you and your customers needs.

What's your process like from start to finish?

First contact is made, then we have a discovery call or meeting to understand your details and branding. Once we collect payment, your first draft is typically done in 24–48 hours. From there, we communicate, iterate, and polish the site until it's exactly what you envision. Then we launch, and teach you how to use your newest ace up your sleeve. After, we are check in to support.

What platforms or tools do you use?

We use Webflow: a bulletproof, bullet-speed builder that lets us work fast and clean. No AI, no shortcuts. Only handcrafted work. For animations, we use Lottie and Figma. Google Analytics is also frequently implemented on our clients sites.

How much do your website bundles cost?

We only charge you for what you need. Each bundle is customized. Some Small Sites are $400, some are $600, some over $800. It depends on the complexity and what your site needs to succeed.

Do you offer payment plans or ongoing support?

Yes, absolutely. We can be as hands-on or hands-off as you need. Some projects need constant iteration post-launch, while others don't. We also offer optional hosting, but you can always host it yourself. Your site, your choice.

What happens if I need updates or fixes after launch?

If you pay for ongoing support, you get 5 hours a month baked in. If you only need occasional help, we charge a flat rate of $40/hour. No surprises, just solid support when you need it.
